  I really do hope that corporate reads this or someone of higher standard to have the ability to fix the issues that are wrong in this particular T-mobil store. First the wait is ridiculous. We literally waited about 25 minutes to get any rep to service us. Finally when we did get someones attention. She was not fully being attentive since she was multi tasking myself along with another customer. So if you have a crowd of customers then you should have more staffing. And as I read the other reviews, I see that it is an on going issue. Secondly I want it to be known that a lady named Jess that works there needs training in customer service. She was very rude to us and as well as the person she was helping. Her overall presentation sucked. She needs an attitude adjustment done asap. and lastly some employees there need more training. A very easy thing was made very complex. Until she found a solution. Simply by looking at the account. I hope that I do not have to go in that store soon because overall I disliked my experience there.

  Got a new phone, and went to T-Mobile to have someone set it up for me, transfer stuff, etc. I was wondering what type of service I would get after reading some of the reviews. The girl who waited on me was great. She was knowledgeable, took her time to get everything just right, and extremely pleasant. Don't know about others, but my experience was great.
